This pattern shows how to make a fun child’s blanket with adorable forest animals. Perfect for any little boy or girl, this cute blanket is fun and easy to make. This blanket has 6 block backgrounds and 10 delightful forest appliques including: a fox, 2 raccoons, 3 squirrels, a hedgehog, a deer and an owl in a tree. The pattern includes the instructions for assembling the blanket and attaching the appliques, as well as the full-sized tracing guides for each applique.

Please note that if you order the downloadable pattern the color instructions are 5 pages long and there are 18 pages of black and white tracing guides. They are full-size, which means you will have to do some cutting and taping. It shouldn’t be too difficult though, just fold on the dashed line and match up the arrows.

Also, please note that for your tracing guides to print out correctly you need to be sure your printer is not set to “shrink to fit.” If this box is selected, unselect it. If you can’t see a box with this option then just make sure it is printing at 100%.
