This darling and dainty kid’s skirt is fluffy and full and perfect for making any little girl feel fancy. It has three layers of tulle, a knit lining and decorative elastic for a waistband. Not only is it absolutely adorable but it’s also simple to make. There will be a lot of gathering, but it will be well worth it when you’re done.
